A key design element they incorporated was large windows throughout the home, which flood the interior with natural light while providing glimpses of the nearby water. They built this residence with families in mind, as well as those who need extra space for work or hobbies. The contemporary finishes throughout reflect current design trends while maintaining timeless appeal. Vici Construction is pleased to present their thoughtfully designed townhouse on N. Broad st in Mooresville. Strategically positioned just minutes from Mooresville's key thoroughfares. They created this inviting home to blend modern comfort with convenient, practical design across approximately 1,650 square feet.
The layout features 4 bedrooms, including a main-level suite they designed for accessibility and convenience, along with 3 full bathrooms. Throughout the interior, they incorporated high-quality finishes including granite countertops, updated appliances, and elegant tile work that adds both durability and visual appeal.
One of the standout features they implemented was individual thermostat controls in every room, allowing for completely customized comfort - a detail that sets this townhouse apart from standard construction. The sleek primary suite showcases their attention to both form and function, featuring dual closets for ample storage and a luxurious walk-in tiled shower.

Vici Construction is proud to showcase this beautiful 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse they built in Mooresville. This newer construction project allowed them to incorporate modern design elements and practical features that today's homeowners are looking for.
They designed the home with granite countertops and modern appliances throughout, while tiled baths add both durability and style. Recognizing the importance of convenience, they included in-home laundry hookups and a private rear entrance that enhances both functionality and privacy.
The primary suite was thoughtfully planned with two closets for ample storage and a full bath featuring a tub/shower combo. Upstairs, they positioned two additional bedrooms that efficiently share another full bath, maximizing the home's livability. A key design decision was placing a fourth bedroom on the main floor, offering homeowners flexibility to use the space as a guest room or home office depending on their needs.
Location was crucial in this project, and they selected a site ideally situated close to Mooresville's shopping, dining, and major commuter routes. This strategic positioning means residents enjoy easy access to everything Mooresville has to offer while coming home to a quiet residential setting.

Mack Ballard Project
Vici Construction is excited to showcase their complete renovation of a charming property in Maiden, NC. This project involved taking an inviting 3-bedroom, 1-bath brick ranch and transforming it from the studs up, while preserving its classic character and timeless appeal.
Originally built in 1957 this home offered the perfect canvas for a comprehensive renovation. They stripped the house down almost completely to the studs, then systematically rebuilt it with modern systems and finishes. All electrical and plumbing were completely replaced, ensuring reliable, up-to-code infrastructure throughout the single-level layout.
From there, they completed new insulation for improved energy efficiency, followed by fresh drywall and paint that brightened the cozy living areas while maintaining the home's original charm. New flooring was installed throughout, and they designed and built a completely new kitchen, while adding a bathroom that now blends modern functionality with the home's classic ranch style. The floor plan to the living room from the kitchen was opened up by installing a beam to support the ceiling and roof load.
The result is a beautifully restored home that maintains its welcoming front porch and takes full advantage of the spacious yard and wooded surroundings. The serene setting just minutes from downtown Maiden now features all the conveniences of modern living while preserving the small-town appeal and country charm that made this property special.
This comprehensive renovation demonstrates Vici Construction's ability to breathe new life into existing homes, creating the perfect blend of historic character and contemporary comfort in a smaller, more affordable package.

Eva Court Project
Vici Construction is proud to share one of their completed projects - a beautifully crafted two-story home in Lincolnton, NC. This project was particularly rewarding because they were able to design and build with both comfort and functionality at the forefront of every decision.
The foundation was built to last, poured using 24" continuous footings with rebar. This creates a foundation that can handle any movement in the future by transferring load through it into the ground. They used 2x6 framing for the walls, creating more room for insulation as well as dramatically deep window sills. This in combination with exterior insulation gave them almost R-30 exterior walls - double the standard in the area.
The exterior was finished with LP SmartSide, a wood-based product that comes with a 50-year warranty. They also added a rain screen behind the product to allow moisture to escape. This is on top of the ZIP system sheathing that used both tape and liquid flashing to completely seal all seams and penetrations such as windows. The roof was built using ZIP's thicker 5/8" sheathing and then capped with a standing seam roof that will last over 50 years.
What they're most proud of with this project is how they managed to combine durability with style through superior construction methods. It's become a standout example in their portfolio, and seeing it successfully sell reinforced that they were on the right track with their approach. This home represents the kind of thoughtful residential construction that Vici Construction is known for, and it's been a valuable addition to their growing collection of completed projects.
Each project teaches them something new, and this Lincolnton property was no exception - it helped them refine their process for creating homes that truly serve families while standing the test of time.
